There are a few common reasons withdrawals may be unavailable:
- No available balance: If the total available balance in your account is $0.00, you will not be able to make a withdrawal. This could happen if a contribution to your account is still pending.
- No bank account connected: If you have not connected a bank account, you will need to do so before making a withdrawal to a bank account. Otherwise you can request a withdrawal by check.
- Holding period: If you recently connected a bank account, there is a 10-calendar-day holding period before withdrawals can be made to that bank account.
- Pending withdrawal: You cannot submit another withdrawal if there is already a pending withdrawal that is 95% of the balance.
- Address change: If you recently changed your address, you may not be able to withdraw funds to this address via check for 15 days due to security restrictions. Alternatively, you can withdraw funds to a connected bank account.
- Minimum balance requirement: You cannot withdraw an amount that is over 95% of a portfolio's balance or that would leave less than $25 in a portfolio unless you check the "Withdraw all funds from this portfolio" box.
